   • This includes any trade secrets, live strategies, marketing plans, or business methods provided during the application process and beyond.

   • You may not share, copy, distribute, or disclose any confidential information to any third party without prior written consent from Prolific Coaching.
    
   • Unauthorized sharing or distribution of confidential information will result in immediate termination from any program or relationship with Prolific Coaching, and legal action may be pursued.

   • Any materials or strategies shared by Prolific Coaching are for your personal use only.
    
   • You are prohibited from using the information to create, enhance, or promote competing services or businesses.

3. Protection of Trade Secrets

• You acknowledge that Prolific Coaching provides live, up-to-date information to help you succeed, which is considered proprietary and valuable intellectual property.
• You agree to take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of this information.

  • Immediate termination of your application or program participation.
   
  • Legal action, including seeking damages or injunctive relief.

Prolific Coaching reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Agreement at any time. Any updates will be communicated to you, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
